Ingredients:

  • 2 Veal Cutlets (product #:114405)
  • 1/4 cup dry Vermouth
  • 2 Tbsp corn oil margarine
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Clove of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 Lemon sliced
  • Capers

Method:

  1. Pound veal with mallet to tenderize
  2. Dredge lightly in flour, shaking off excess
  3. In skillet, melt tablespoon of corn oil margarine and add garlic until golden
  4. Place veal cutlets in skillet and cook until brown (about 1-2 minutes per side)
  5. Remove from heat and let rest on serving dish
  6. Add remaining margarine, vermouth and lemon juice to the pan. Simmer 3 minutes scraping bottom of pan to loosen drippings
  7. Pour sauce over veal, garnish with lemon slices and capers & ENJOY!
