Do I qualify for this service?
Our service is designed for homeowners with at least two adults in the household. To join, you’ll also need to live within our service area and have good credit, since most of our customers choose to finance their order over a 6-month period. How much does it cost?
Our pricing is tailored to each household. The larger your order, the greater your savings — and your total cost will depend on factors like family size, food preferences, and delivery frequency. Is this a subscription service?
No — Passanante’s Home Food Service is not a subscription box like HelloFresh or Blue Apron. Instead of shipping small weekly meal kits, we deliver a customized 6-month supply of high-quality meats, organic vegetables, and groceries right to your home. You choose exactly what goes into your order, and we help you create a menu that fits your family’s tastes, budget, and lifestyle. There are no surprise charges or automatic renewals — just convenient, planned-ahead shopping without the hassle of the grocery store.
Where does the meat come from?
All of our meats — including beef, bison, chicken, turkey, pork, lamb, and veal — are sourced from small, regional farms right here in the USA. We partner only with trusted, USDA-inspected suppliers who meet our strict quality standards. By keeping the chain of custody short, we ensure your meats go from farm to freezer quickly, locking in freshness, flavor, and exceptional value for your family.
Is this a meal kit service like BlueApron or HelloFresh?

You choose exactly what you want, in the quantities you need, and everything arrives frozen for maximum freshness. Do I have to buy a freezer?
No, purchasing a freezer is not required to enjoy our service. However, most customers choose to purchase one through Passanante’s Home Food Service for several important reasons:
Food Spoilage Protection: When you purchase a freezer through us, your food is covered under our spoilage protection plan in the event of mechanical failure or power outage.
Membership Benefits: Freezer purchasers are automatically enrolled in our membership program, which includes exclusive food discounts and other ongoing perks.
Optimized Storage: Our commercial-grade freezers are designed to store large quantities of food efficiently, keeping everything perfectly organized and at peak freshness.

While optional, owning a freezer through Passanante's helps maximize the value, convenience, and protection of your food investment.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and financing through our trusted partners. Most of our customers choose financing for convenience and flexibility. Because we are a home food service (not a grocery store), federal regulations do not allow us to accept Food Stamps, EBT, Link, or any other government assistance programs as payment.
