Indulge in the savory goodness of our Caesar Chicken recipe, a tantalizing dish bursting with flavor and simplicity. Marinated in Caesar dressing and baked to perfection, this succulent chicken promises a delightful meal that's sure to please your taste buds.



  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare & Marinate the Chicken: Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.  In a shallow dish or large resealable plastic bag, combine the Caesar salad dressing, minced garlic, dried oregano, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for best flavor.
  3. Bake: Transfer the baking dish to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). If desired, you can broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes to achieve a golden-brown crust.Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. Place them in a single layer in a baking dish lightly greased with cooking spray. Pour any remaining marinade over the chicken. Sprinkle the remaining grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the chicken breasts.
  4. Serve: Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the chicken.
  5. Optional: For an extra Caesar flavor, drizzle additional Caesar dressing over the chicken before serving, and sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
