Passanante's Home Food Service is a home food delivery company that provides premium meats, seafood, poultry, and other food products directly to consumers. We operate through in-home sales presentations, event-based marketing, telephone sales, and online ordering. Our service areas cover multiple regions across the eastern United States and Colorado.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Site or purchase our products and services. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Orders and Purchases
All orders placed through our sales representatives, by phone, or through our Site are subject to acceptance by Passanante's Home Food Service. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy of pricing and product descriptions, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and provide the option to confirm or cancel your order at the corrected price.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of delivery unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as communicated by your sales representative. All payments are processed securely. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.
6. Delivery and Returns
Delivery schedules are determined based on your location and product availability. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the timeframe communicated at the time of your order. Passanante's Home Food Service is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

7. Product Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If any product does not meet your expectations, please contact us promptly so we can make it right. Perishable goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Our guarantee is limited to replacement of the product or a credit toward a future order, at our discretion.
8. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed for delivery may not be eligible for cancellation. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the terms agreed upon with your sales representative at the time of purchase.

Program Name: Passanante's Home Food Service — SMS Messaging Program
Program Description: By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages related to our products and services, including but not limited to: follow-up messages after visiting one of our event booths, promotional offers, free product sample offers, appointment scheduling and reminders, and customer service communications.
Message Frequency:Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your interactions and preferences. Message frequency may increase during promotional periods.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to any messages you send or receive. Passanante's Home Food Service is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.
Opt-In:You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Passanante's Home Food Service by providing your phone number on a lead form at one of our trade show or event booths, through our website, or verbally to a Passanante's representative. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided or have the account holder's permission.
Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

10. Intellectual Property
