We've been using Passanante for a few years now and have always been extremely satisfied--not just with their customer service, but especially with the quality and variety of their food choices. Everything comes vacuum-sealed and individually packaged, which makes it easy to take out just what we need without wasting anything especially with a family of 5.The food tastes great! The chicken is juicy and never chewy, and the steaks are truly amazing. There's a noticeable difference in quality compared to what you'd get at the supermarket. I love being able to go to the freezer, grab whatever I want, and have it defrost quickly and easily.We've been working with Rocky Murphy, and he's been fantastic. He really guides us through our orders and has never steered us wrong. Highly recommend!

I love Passanante’s food service plan. Their meat’s are superiorto any food plan I’ve ever had. I’ve been using them for quite a few years now and love it. Their desserts are really good too. Service is excellent. Dan is great.

We love our Passanante’s it’s the best tasting meat we have had outside of growing our own animals. It saves us a ton of money. Great value. We also appreciate Allan when he takes our order. We highly recommend Passanante’s to anyone.

We feel this decision was the smartest we've made in quite awhile. It feels good to only have to buy a few things at the grocery store. The food is excellent and I always know I have a well stocked freezer right downstairs ..

This is a convenient way to get farm-to-table foods in individual portions. We had been using a different service, Heartland, for many years, but they were sold (twice I think) and started changing up things -- got rid of all pantry items, limited their product selection, etc. We were VERY happy in 2024 to find Passanante's, which offers the service the way we were used to (and really like): every 6 months we select what we want, and they come and fill our freezer. Easy! The Passanante meats are INCREDIBLE (incredibly, even better than Heartland's), the pricing is fair, and the service is top-notch. We couldn't be happier and we hope to be customers for many years to come.

I have been a customer for approximately 7 years now. I love the food selection and quality of the food is 150% better than the food quality at the grocery store. I had an issue with my electricity going out and they refunded me my entire order that went bad. I broke a piece of the cookware I purchased and they replaced the whole pan and gave me extra parts. Though I wasn’t upset, a manager hand delivered seasoning products and extras for the inconvenience. I have a great sales rep Rocky who knows my order and reviews it with me patiently and professionally. I was paying almost $800-$1000 in groceries a month before I became a customer and now my bill is cut in half and only have to visit the grocery store once a month. I get free, non food items and condiments with every order. I love this establishment and support local ran businesses.

I've been using this company for over 10 years now. Family been very happy with the quality of the food. That's one of the main reasons i keep ordering! I love that the meat come individually frozen on sheets of either 2 or 4 to a sheet. Like example I love the skinless chicken breats. They come 4 to a pack and each one is individually sealed so I can just cut away at that pack for what I need for my meal. It's great that I can just go to my stand up freezer and pick out what I want for my meals for the day. Never had them issue a recall on the meats and like I've said been using them for at least 10 years. The sales rep Rocky M. Is the best, he's very knowledgeable of the products that they sell. It's not just uncooked meat. I've gotten precooked meals, like fried chicken, stuffed crust pizza, etc. One thing that's my favorite is the chicken ravioli! I really miss the turkey medals wrapped in back that was marinated in teriyaki sauce 😛😛😛! Wish they bring them back! It's a great company that's local, yes I'll admit not every experience is great, but if there is a issue of a item that's not up to my standards or item is missing from my order they quickly correct it by refund or a credit for my next order!!!!

We have been with passanates for about a decade at this point and have nothing but good things to say! We haven’t purchased a single protein option in the grocery store since. The difference in quality is indescribable. The fact everything is so well packaged and can be defrosted in about an hour max makes making dinner daily, even last second so much easier. We work only with Rocky Murphy when re ordering. It’s a must! He knows every detail of every item and spends so much time with you to make sure your order is perfect. I’ve had other reps and although they are all good, it’s no comparison to Rocky. He has tried every item on their menu and will give his honest opinion which I really appreciate. Anytime we have a question or issue he makes sure to resolve it immediately. We are true Pessanantes customers for life. Would never change. If you’re on the fence to order, just do it. You will not regret your decision. What’s in the super market is no where near their quality!!

We love, love, LOVE this meat service! The food is amazing and very cost effective. It's much easier (and cheaper) to go shopping for dinner in my freezer than the grocery store. The food has no fillers and always cooks up juicy and delicious.Rocky Murphy, our rep, is personable and very knowledgeable about all the products. I feel comfortable having him in my home. It's like a visit from an old friend.
